Multi-city Celebration Event

Location: Johannesburg, Cape Town & Sun City

Areas of Involvement:

  • Online app and registration system developed for easy navigation for guests: (separate for  VIP 200 guests attending core group functions nationally and for 1000 guests to Sun City events – Event duration – One week). Included: Invitations, RSVPs and registration, Itineraries, Venues, Videos & photos, and Feedback.
  • Private aircraft and coach charters included branded headrest covers, branding wraps for 8 coaches, banners, luggage tags and signage for all destinations.
  • Meet and greet and hostesses, registration staff, medics, technical staff and photographers / videographers throughout.
  • Health and Safety, as well as Public Liability compliance paperwork for the week.
  • Hotel accommodations in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pilanesberg
  • Logistics for themed dinners each night, providing cultural and culinary experiences to savour for a lifetime
  • AV, technical and lighting set-up at private function venues

Brief:

Plan and execute a week long elaborate celebration event for 200 VIP guests that starts in Johannesburg, includes Cape Town, and ends at Sun City, where an additional 1000 guests will attend the main event.

ADDITIONAL INFO/Challenges:

An online app and registration system was developed for easy navigation for guests, with separate functionality for 200 VIP guests attending core group functions nationally and for an additional 1000 guests at the Sun City events. The overall Celebration Event lasted one week and covered three different locations.
