The brief was to plan and execute a 30 Year Milestone Celebration event for 250 VIP guests for an automotive brand. This encompassed the complete logistical planning and management of all event aspects, including invitation and RSVP handling, accommodation, transportation, structure construction, interior design, setup, and service provider coordination.

Oversee logistics for the company’s annual incentive trip to include a gala awards dinner, travel arrangements, a 4-day cruise, accommodation in Cape Town before and after the cruise, port excursions at stop-over in Walvis Bay.

Plan and execute a week long elaborate celebration event for 200 VIP guests that starts in Johannesburg, includes Cape Town, and ends at Sun City, where an additional 1000 guests will attend the main event.

The brief was to set up the fashion show staging and to manage the logistics of bringing delegates in from varying cities of origin (local, regional and international), manage group and individual attendance requirements, accommodation, transport and special add-on occasions.

The brief was for Solutions Group Events to manage various groups of international corporate delegates to showcase their offering at the main event and satellite sessions of an International Congress in Zimbabwe. Included in the requirement was the travel, accommodation, bookings, excursions, itineraries and translation services.
