Brief:
The brief was to plan and execute a 30 Year Milestone Celebration event for 250 VIP guests for an automotive brand. This encompassed the complete logistical planning and management of all event aspects, including invitation and RSVP handling, accommodation, transportation, structure construction, interior design, setup, and service provider coordination.
ADDITIONAL INFO/Challenges:
The selected location to host this event was in the parking area of the factory plant. This required full infrastructure development to transform the space, not only into a functional event area but also into an experiential venue that exudes the grandeur and elegance of a well-established location.
